Sarah Teaches Meditation and Yoga on Tuesday Nights, Pilates Equipment Circuit Wednesdays/Fridays.
Owner of The Elizabeth Mind & Movement Collective ReSET Retreat Leader, Sarah’s work as the leader of ReSET Retreat programs & owner of her Mind & Movement Collective in Beaverton, Oregon, comes from 24 years in the wellness industry.
Sarah has dedicated her career to guiding modalities of movement, body therapy, ergonomics, mediation & overall mind body connection. Working one on one with her students, in small groups and large retreat settings, Sarah has witnessed her students create a quality of life with less pain, more mobility & a deeper understanding of self.
Sarah’s studies in anatomy and physiology, combined with her deep knowledge and passion in teaching Yoga, Mediation & Body Therapy brought a majority of her career focusing on strengthening & repair of the pelvic floor, injury rehab, meditation to relieve pain, teaching intuitive body awareness at any age.
I believe strongly that the mind can heal the body and the body can heal the mind. They are in sync. My goal is to leave every student with a better understanding of this connection through mindful movements, while letting the body be our guide in our healing process. Our body is intuitive and already knows what it needs. I help you slow down to listen. – Sarah
