Here at The Elizabeth, we are a smaller studio with the max of 6-10 students, depending on the style of class. We have all experienced classes where we felt lost in the crowd. Not here, at The Elizabeth – We see you, we want to support you on your health/wellness journey while keeping you safe in each pose and movement. Smaller classes gives the instructors the ability to assist each individual in their needs, in each group class setting. We LOVE this & for this reason, we charge a little more per class, to make sure YOU are supported and seen.

Our charge is just a little more than a larger studio charges and if you think about it, it is just the cost of a cup of coffee, to get individual support, to feel safe and to be seen in your group class. Totally worth it.

Membership Options

Liz once a weeker Membership – 5 Classes for $99
5 classes to use as you choose each month. Can NOT be shared. Auto Renew. 30 day cancellation notice.

Liz Base line Membership – $140
Up to 3 classes per week, Includes Yoga, Mat Pilates. Can be shared with a child or family member, $40 add each additional family member. Excludes Reformer or specialty classes. Auto Renew. 30 day cancellation notice.

Liz Member Plus – $220 month
Includes Yoga, Mat Pilates, reformer and specialty classes – workshops not included. Can be shared with a child or family member, $40 add each additional family member. Auto Renew. 30 day cancellation notice.

Liz Equipment Class Unlimited – $340
Any class, any time. Includes all classes , reformer, circuit, Yoga, Kids Classes, Mat Pilates. Excludes workshops. Can be shared with ONE child or family member, $40 add each additional family member added to membership. Excludes Reformer or specialty classes. Auto Renew. 30 day cancellation notice.
