Teresa Jones is the founder of Heart Light Healings and a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Advanced Intuitive Energy Healer, and Sound Healer. Her work is deeply rooted in her own healing journey, where she first fell in love with the transformative power of sound. She believes sound healing offers a beautiful pathway to relaxation, nervous system softening, and a gentle reconnection to the self. Teresa’s sound baths are designed as a sanctuary; an invitation to unwind, breathe deeply, and return to inner stillness. She holds space with warmth, intuition, and a grounded presence, creating an environment where participants can feel supported, safe, and deeply restored. Outside of her healing work, Teresa cherishes time spent with her family (human and fluffy), exploring nature and photographing the natural beauty that makes her soul sing with joy.
