Here at The Elizabeth, we are a smaller studio with the max of 4-20 students, depending on the style of class. We have all experienced classes where we felt lost in the crowd. Not here, at The Elizabeth – We see you, we want to support you on your health/wellness journey while keeping you safe in each pose and movement. Smaller classes allows the instructors the ability to assist each individual in their needs, in each group class setting. We LOVE this & for this reason, we charge a little more per class, to make sure YOU are supported and seen.

Our charge is just a little more than a larger studio charges and if you think about it, it is just the cost of a cup of coffee, to get individual support, to feel safe and to be seen in your group class. Totally worth it.
