Thank you for considering The Elizabeth Mind & Movement Retreats in your next retreat experience. With over 24 years in guiding transformation classes & retreats, the Liz Retreats are thoughtfully designed to assist you in pausing from our everyday life, bringing healing in your individual journey of deeper inner knowing, self discovery & into a loving connection with your body. The Elizabeth Retreats are designed with ages 16 years-99 years in mind.

As we navigate life in all our different stages and ages. The commonality of every age is that we all experience immense joy, loss, pain, body ailments & all the other life surprises. At any age, we could lose a loved one, have a traumatic experience, have a heart break , go through body changes and uncertain diagnosis. We are all connected and yet, so individual.

Together & individually we create a harmonic clonal root system. 

We are individuals , and yet so deeply connected at our root. The root of trusting our inner wisdom, the root of learning to love our shadow side of ourselves, the root of letting go of what halts us from fully being present in our  everyday life and to root fully into loving your body in all your ages/stages.

The Elizabeth Yoga & Meditation Retreats

With different themes, seasons and locations of each retreat, our overall goal at The Elizabeth Retreats is to reset from your everyday stressors of life and come back home to yourselves with a deeper connection to your mind, body & spirit. Together, we will deepen the practice of:

  • Letting go of fear-based thinking
  • Anxious over thinking
  • Learning to trust our inner wisdom
  • Appreciating & loving our body in past, present and future changes
  • Practicing calming the mind
  • Learning meditation tools for chronic pain
  • Personalized movement
  • Loving our Shadow Side

In your time of movement we will be developing your own personal practice in intuitive stretching & movement for your own body’s needs. You will have this to take home with you after our retreat time together.

Even though you will be in retreat with many others, this retreat is focused on your solo journey.

In the PNW Yoga and Meditation all-inclusive retreat, delicious meals are provided by Belly Full Catering, eating areas overlooking the valleys, in the beautiful Scholls Valley Lodge in the country of Hillsboro, Oregon. The lodge sits up on a hill overlooking valleys, vineyards and has views of Mt Hood and Mt Helens! We will have a Walking Labyrinth as well, the views alone are worth the trip! 

Corporate Wellness Retreats

The Elizabeth Mind & Movement Corporate Wellness Retreats are a great way to build team morale, encourage innovation, allow for more “face-to-face” interaction time, improve culture, get everyone on the same page, boost employee morale and can even be a job perk to attract top talent.

From registration to activities (and everything in between), we’ll build a connective and memorable retreat for your company. We take care of every detail so that you can focus on your team and objectives.

What is included?

  • 10- 80 participants
  • Lodging- choose from one of our many venues in the the beautiful Pacific Northwest
  • Meals – all meals, snacks and drinks will be catered through the day.
  • Activities – we offer many individual and team building activities, classes and games to build self and community bonds. We individualize each retreat to fit your team & company needs.

Sample Yoga Retreat Schedule

  • 6am – 45 min Wake up Meditation Session
  • 7am – Wake up Yoga Therapy
  • 8am- 9:30am Breakfast
  • 10am – Meditation, guided meditation, walking meditation and movement
  • 12pm-1pm Lunch 1pm- 4pm Free time – Labyrinth, nature walks, alone time, massage or therapy session
  • 4pm Yoga/Movement
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm Dinner
  • 7pm Evening Sangha – Meditation/Movement (Singing Bowl Concert, Movement, or other meditation).
